The challenge

Rich content, no home for it.

FP Alpha had 37+ videos, PDFs, webinars and guides. The content was strong, but it was fragmented, with no organised or searchable home, and no way to show the right material to the right audience.

Prospects, trial users and paying customers all needed different things, and there was no structure to serve them differently, or to turn the library into a reason to convert.

What we built

A searchable, gated, intelligent knowledge base in HubSpot.

Delivered through a four-gate process: Discovery, Design, MVP Build, then Deploy and Training.

  • A searchable, on-brand base. Clear information architecture, with standardised article templates that include video embeds, transcripts and CTAs.
  • Three-tier access control. Built on HubSpot lists and access groups: prospects see public content, trial users get more, paying customers get the full gated library. That turns the base into a conversion lever.
  • A guided "Start Here" pathway. Onboarding with progress-tracking foundations, so advisors know where to begin.
  • The hero: a live AI agent. Built on HubSpot's AI agent capability, trained only on FP Alpha's own published content. It answers advisor questions in live chat, in FP Alpha's voice, and cites the exact source articles on every answer.
  • Full QA and handover. Search, gating per tier, links, mobile and agent accuracy all tested, plus recorded training and admin docs, so FP Alpha self-manages.
