The challenge

Not an agency at arm's length, an extension of the team.

IXT needed more than a standard agency arrangement. They needed real flexibility, genuine technical depth in CRM architecture and custom CMS features, and speed and clarity in how their products were messaged and campaigns were delivered.

Off-the-shelf agency scopes did not fit a business selling connectivity across CMP, Data Pool SIMs and Global eSIM. They wanted an extension of their own team, working inside HubSpot with them, not a supplier passing work back and forth.
