HubSpot native · Fixing what you have The partner after the partner

HubSpot didn't land the first time. Let's fix it properly.

For companies already on HubSpot who don't trust it, don't use it properly, or have outgrown how it was set up. We re-onboard the portal you have: a read-only audit first, then the fixes that matter in the right order, and a rebuild only where that's cheaper than fixing.

The problem

You paid for HubSpot once. It shouldn't cost you twice.

The partner went quiet, or the person who built it left. Nobody wrote anything down. The reps went back to spreadsheets, the reports don't match what sales says, and you're paying for a tier you use a fraction of.

Or nothing went wrong at all, the business just grew. New products, new pipelines, a sales team that wasn't there when the portal was built. Either way, the setup no longer fits how you sell.

Most of these portals don't need starting again. They need someone senior to work out what's built, what's broken, what's missing and what's best left alone, then fix it in the right order.

Keep what works. Fix what doesn't. Rebuild only what has to be.

What we do

Re-onboarding, built on what you already have.

Every fix tied to the problem it solves.

Map what's there

Workflows, integrations, properties, pipelines and reports, documented before anything is touched. Some of it is doing jobs nobody remembers.

A keep, fix or rebuild call

From the HubSpot audit: a clear verdict on each area, with the working shown and a fixed price for what comes next.

Data you can trust again

Duplicates, dead records and stale deals cleared. Lifecycle stages and lead status made honest, and the sync rules that keep breaking them sorted.

Built around how you sell now

Pipelines, routing, ownership and follow-up designed around a rep's actual day, so using HubSpot saves them time instead of costing it.

Reporting leadership believes

Dashboards rebuilt around the questions asked in your weekly meetings, not the full report library.

A team that can run it

Training on your setup, not a demo portal, and documentation of every decision, so you're never back here again.

How it works

Audit, decide, fix, hand over.

You can stop after any step.

Step 01
Read-only audit

Claude reads your live portal and scores it out of 100. A senior consultant checks every serious finding before you see it. Two weeks.

Step 02
Keep, fix or rebuild

A plain verdict on each area and a fixed price for the work. The plan is yours whether or not you hire us.

Step 03
Fix in priority order

Quick wins in the first 30 days, then the structural work, in fortnightly cycles. A rebuild, where it's needed, runs in fixed-price phases.

Step 04
Train and hand over

Your team trained on the setup they'll use, every change written down, and senior cover afterwards if you want it.

Outgrown, then rebuilt
121
new customers for B&B Press, the most in years

A 60-year-old printer whose CRM and sales process had drifted apart as the business changed. We redesigned both in HubSpot (data clean-up, deal stages, automation and reporting) alongside new positioning and outbound.

Also £290k of new business with £1.02m annual potential, including Bensons for Beds and Medivet.

Who does the work

Senior people on your portal. Nobody learning on your budget.

The first build usually goes wrong where the person who sold it isn't the person who builds it. Here they're the same four people, and a director fronts every engagement.

Rikki Lear, director. System design, priorities and the keep, fix or rebuild call. 13+ years in HubSpot and a HubSpot Certified Trainer.
Emma Lear, director. Implementation, QA, documentation and reporting, day to day.
Mark Byrne, director. Websites and the AI layer, once the data is worth building on.
Ishika Trivedi. Operations support alongside the directors.
No juniors fronting the work. No account managers relaying messages.
Rescue example

La-Z-Boy Greater Vancouver

A furniture retailer in Canada with a sales team used to working on paper, and a HubSpot database that had grown far beyond the customers it actually serves.

We didn't force them into an off the shelf setup. We built one retail sales pipeline around the in-store sales method the team already follows, launched without integrations so adoption came first, and trained the team on their own portal.

The work now is the clean-up: clearing out inactive contacts, with a backup taken first, and agreeing one way to manage product category data.

HubSpot rescue and rollout
“Imagine Growth made our HubSpot project feel effortless. They took the time to understand how our business actually works, then designed and built a CRM around it. The rollout and training were smooth, the team has genuinely adopted the system, and we now have a CRM we trust.”

Common questions

HubSpot rescue, answered straight.

Most rescues start with the fixed-price audit. From there we fix what's there, rebuild what has to be, or run HubSpot with you month to month.

What does HubSpot rescue actually involve?

It's re-onboarding for a portal that's already live. We audit what's there read-only, tell you what to keep, fix and rebuild, then do the work in priority order and train your team on the result. It covers the same ground as a first onboarding (process, data, pipelines, automation, reporting, training) but builds on what you already have.

Our HubSpot implementation failed. Do we need to start again?

Usually not. Most failed implementations fail on process and adoption, not the software, and a full re-implementation throws away the parts that work. We only recommend a rebuild where the structure itself is wrong and rebuilding is cheaper than fixing. The audit shows the working behind that call.

How do we switch HubSpot partner without losing anything?

Your portal and your data stay where they are, so switching partner isn't a migration. You approve our access, we audit read-only, and when you're ready a Super Admin on your side reassigns anything the previous partner's users own, then removes them. If they hand over documentation, great. If not, we map what's in the portal before changing anything.

How much does it cost?

The audit is fixed at £2,500 for a single Hub, £4,500 for multi-Hub and £6,500 for enterprise or multi-brand portals. The fix or rebuild is priced the same way as our HubSpot optimisation work: a fixed project scoped and priced from the audit findings, or a monthly bank of senior hours through Fractional RevOps from £3,000 a month. Quoted in your currency.

How long does it take?

The audit takes two weeks. Quick wins usually land in the first 30 days, with the structural fixes planned over the following 60 to 90 days. We price and time the fix after the audit, not before, because it depends on what we find.

Will our team actually use it this time?

That's the point of doing it again. We design pipelines and follow-up around what your people actually do in a day, cut the fields nobody needs, and train them on your setup rather than a generic demo. There's a HubSpot Certified Trainer on the team, and training is priced in from the start, not added at the end.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Audits and projects are fixed-price. Ongoing support is monthly rolling with 30 days' notice, and if the first month doesn't deliver the quick wins we agreed, you can walk away with no notice at all.

Should we just move to Salesforce instead?

Find out whether it's a tool problem or a setup problem first. Messy data, pipelines built around admin and automation on top of a broken process all move with you to any CRM. If the audit says HubSpot genuinely can't do what you need, we'll tell you. Most of the time, fixing it is far cheaper than migrating.

Who will actually do the work?

The four of us. Rikki, Emma and Mark are directors and one of them fronts every engagement, with Ishika on operations. No juniors and no account managers. We bring in specialist designers and developers we've known for years only when a project needs them.
